Who we are…
We are a growing intergenerational and intercultural church family passionate about making disciples. We seek to live out Psalm 145:4 and raise up generations that love Jesus with all their hearts and bring hope to the world around them. We want to encourage families wherever possible to worship and serve the Lord together, with good discipleship in both the home and in the gathered church. We are blessed with a gifted staff and leadership team who love serving Jesus together and equipping and releasing the whole church in ministry and mission.

Who you are…
You are fully committed to Jesus and His mission, with a strong sense of calling to work with children and families. Your track record of leadership in either church or the secular workplace has prepared you with the necessary skills to lead, equip and mobilise a gifted team to work with young people and their families, both in the church and the community. Your experience in children’s ministry has shaped your vision for reaching children and their families for Jesus, helping children discover who God is and who they are in Christ and seeing them filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve Jesus. You appreciate the variety of needs and challenges children and their families face and, with the support of the wider team, you are able to offer appropriate support.

You enjoy working as part of a team, are hard-working, collaborative and accountable. You are able to balance the demands of ministry and wider life, with healthy rhythms of rest. You prioritise growing in your own relationship with Jesus and lead others from this place.
