OUR DNA
Passionate Worshippers
Loving God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength; treasuring His presence above all else; being filled with the Holy Spirit; seeking and cultivating renewal

Radical Disciples
Loving Jesus more than anything; seeking His Kingdom first; devoting ourselves to one another; growing in faithfulness in all our relationships; loving the Word of God and striving to live it out

Courageous Missionaries
Taking ownership of Jesus' call to make disciples; loving our community with a heart for justice; understanding that mission is everyone, everywhere, everyday; recognising and releasing everyone in the call God has on their lives

Make disciples

The primary goal of all we do is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We feel God is calling us to work towards this goal in the following ways

Plant Churches

New churches and expressions of church in Ashford reaching new areas and demographics including diaspora communities and wider including France and beyond working with local partners to help establish indigenous churches

Raise Up Leaders

Through discipleship groups, through ministry teams, through leaders mentoring leaders, through ministry training and through programs including internships and church planter training

Reach Nations

Alongside a passion for local mission, we also want to foster a heart for the nations, developing partnerships; locating all we do in the context of God's global mission; helping people discover their call; equipping, sending, supporting

REACH

Reaching those that don't yet know Jesus with the good news of His love and grace; welcoming them into His kingdom community.

Isaiah 61:1 "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor"

RESTORE

Taking an active role in seeing God's transforming power at work in people's lives, bringing healing, provision, freedom, justice, reconciliation and a renewed identity in Christ.

Isaiah 61:1-3 "He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and release from darkness for the prisoners"

RAISE UP

Working together to raise up faithful and confident disciples of Jesus who fulfil their God-given potential and calling to bear much fruit.

Isaiah 61:3 "They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendour"

RELEASE

Creating an environment where people can flourish in the gifts and calling God has given them, always seeking to release others in mission and ministry.

REPLICATE

Healthy living things reproduce! We want to see multiplication on every level: disciples who make disciples, leaders who raise up leaders and churches that plant churches, creating Kingdom movement that impacts our corner of Europe.

Isaiah 61:11 "For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations"

What we're praying for

The Vision is underpinned by prayer

  • 50% of the church's growth comes from new disciples of Jesus Christ
  • We need to open the baptistry every month because people are being saved
  • We start planting churches in the next 5 years
  • We train church leaders from our congregation in the next 3 years
  • We have resources to start training interns from September 2022
  • The number of healthy, growing churches in Ashford doubles in the next decade
  • Some of those who come to faith in the next 5 years are leading churches in the next decade
We are trusting in God to do what only He can do and committing ourselves to do whatever he tells us to do.

"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen".
